Roles and permissions

Every member of a hunting ground has a role. It determines what they can see and change.

RoleWho is it?
Leaseholder (main leaseholder)Created the hunting ground or had it transferred. May do everything, including inviting co-leaseholders, changing the leaseholder and managing the license.
Co-leaseholderManages the ground together with the leaseholder: boundary, zones, members (associate hunters), imports, submission links and driven hunts.
Associate hunterUses the ground: map, harvest log, monitoring, hare census, bookings, location sharing, viewing and joining driven hunts.
Hunt leaderSet per driven hunt. May edit the plan of that hunt even as an associate hunter.
District boardSees the district overview with the combined hare census of all grounds in the district – not the individual ground data.
AdministrationLooks after the whole Waidblick installation: users, districts, mail, rescue points, messages.
GuestNeeds no account. Takes part in a driven hunt through a link or records harvest or hares through a submission link.
